Order Invoice Attach

What it does

• Upload a finished PDF invoice on the order screen — classic orders and HPOS.
• Attach the PDF to selected emails: Completed order by default; optionally Processing order, Refunded order and Customer invoice / order details.
• Let customers download the attached invoice from My Account.
• Warn when completing an order without an invoice, with an optional block on manual status changes. Automatic changes always use warning mode.
• Private storage with random filenames and permission-checked downloads. Nginx requires an additional access restriction for invoice directories.
• Export invoice-presence information and erase the file through WordPress privacy tools.

What it does not do

It does not generate invoices, connect to accounting software or assign invoice numbers. Use it to attach an invoice already issued in your accounting software.
